Why do lynx scream at each other? Lynx are solitary and are extremely territorial. After leaving their mums, siblings sometimes stick together for a short time. They eventually go their separate ways to carry out their own lives as beautiful short tailed wild beasts. When they accidentally meet this is what you hear.
